Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Quiethaven. Refunds are issued by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account Deletion
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. Your data — account, profile, prayers, notes, pastoral counseling history, uploaded files — is permanently deleted from our servers within minutes (server-side, irreversible). You may also request deletion by email at privacy@quiethaven.app.
Reporting AI chat content
Long-press any AI message and tap Report. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. The AI chat is not a substitute for a priest, doctor, or therapist.
Reporting a Pastoral Counselor
In the app, open the counselor's profile and tap Report. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email abuse@quiethaven.app.
